I assume the water is in the 10l container and LC signifies *litre container* and l signifies *l*

1. Pour the wine from the 10l container into the 7l container. Then pour the wine from the seven litre container into the 3l container. So we then have; 10LC (3l left),7LC (4l left),3LC (3l left)

2.Pour wine from the 3l container to the 10l container. Then pour wine from the 7l container into the 3l container.  So we then have; 10LC (6l left),7LC(1l left) and 3LC (3l left)

3. Pour wine from the 3l container into the 10l container.  Then pour the 1l wine from the 7l container into the 3l container. Then pour wine from the 10l into the 7l container.  So we then have ; 10LC (2l left),7LC (7l left),3LC (1l left)

4. Pour wine from the 7l container into the 3l container. And then pour wine from the 3l container into the 10l container ! So we then have ; 10LC (5l),7LC (5l),3LC (0l)
